Introduction and Consent
CIS maintains this site for your personal information, education and communication. Please review these terms and conditions carefully before using this site. By visiting this site, we will deem you to have accepted the terms and conditions set forth herein, and in the CIS Website Privacy Policy. CIS modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately when we post them to this site.

• Use of Site. You may freely browse the site and may freely download material there from. Any and all downloaded materials may only be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use any such materials for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of CIS. All copyright and other proprietary notices contained in downloaded materials must be retained and included with the downloaded materials as originally shown. • Limitations on Access. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by CIS, any access or attempt to access password restricted areas of the site, or other areas of CIS’ computer systems or other information contained on CIS-controlled computer systems for any purpose is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic or manual process or devise to “screen scrape” monitor, “mine”, or copy web pages on the site or the content contained therein without CIS’ express written permission. You agree not to spam any other user of the site for any reason. You agree that you will not use any devices, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on CIS’ infrastructure.
