Introduction and
Consent
CIS maintains this site for your personal information, education and
communication. Please review these terms and conditions carefully
before using this site. By visiting this site, we will deem you to have
accepted the terms and conditions set forth herein, and in the CIS
Website Privacy Policy. CIS modify these terms and conditions at any
time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately when we
post them to this site.
- Use of Site. You may freely
browse the site and may freely download material there from. Any and
all downloaded materials may only be used by you for personal,
non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, modify, transmit,
reuse, repost or use any such materials for public or commercial
purposes without the express written permission of CIS. All copyright
and other proprietary notices contained in downloaded materials must be
retained and included with the downloaded materials as originally
shown. All contents of the site are copyrighted work of CIS and/or any
of CIS suppliers or affiliates unless otherwise noted, and may not be
used without the express written permission of CIS or except as
provided herein. Images of people or places displayed on the site are
either property of, or used with permission by, CIS. The use of these
images by you is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of the images
may violate copyright, trademark, privacy and\or publicity laws as well
as communications regulations and statutes.
- Limitations on Access. Except as
otherwise expressly permitted by CIS, any access or attempt to access
password restricted areas of the site, or other areas of CIS’ computer
systems or other information contained on CIS-controlled computer
systems for any purpose is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will
not use any robot, spider, other automatic or manual process or devise
to “screen scrape” monitor, “mine”, or copy web pages on the site or
the content contained therein without CIS’ express written permission.
You agree not to spam any other user of the site for any reason. You
agree that you will not use any devices, software or routine to
interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site.
You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an
unreasonable or disproportionately large load on CIS’ infrastructure.
You may not use framing techniques to enclose any CIS trademark, logo,
trade name or other proprietary information, including images, frames,
content, or layout/design found on any page of the site without CIS’
express written permission.
- Limitation of Liability. CIS uses
reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in
the site. However, since information changes so quickly, CIS is unable
to make any representations as to its accuracy. CIS
assumes no responsibility or liability as to the reliability, accuracy,
validity, timeliness, usefulness or completeness of any information on
this site. Your use of this site is at your own risk. In
no event shall CIS or any other party involved in creating, developing,
or updating the site be liable for damages (including, without
limitation, direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive
damages, or damages resulting from lost profits, lost data or business

conditions set forth in this document or the CIS Website Privacy
Policy, or any activity you undertake in accessing this site,
(including negligent or wrongful conduct).
- Confidentiality. Subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the CIS Website Privacy Policy, any
communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, this site
by electronic mail or otherwise, including but not limited to, any
data, questions, comments, suggestions or otherwise is, and will be
treated as, non-confidential and nonproprietary information. CIS, or
any of its affiliates, may use such communications or material for any
purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, reproduction,
disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and further posting.
Further, CIS, and its affiliates, are free to use any ideas, concepts,
know-how or techniques contained in any communication or material you
send to the site for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited
to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products.
- Trademark and Copyright Protection of CIS
materials. The trademarks, logos and service marks
(collectively, “Trademarks”) displayed on this site are registered and
unregistered trademarks of CIS and others. In addition, all page
headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks,
trademarks or trade dress of CIS and may not be copied, in whole or in
part, without the prior written permission of CIS. You acknowledge that
the Trademarks used and displayed on this site are and shall remain the
sole property of CIS or the Trademark owner. Nothing contained in this
site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or
otherwise, any license or right in and to the Trademarks without the
express written permission of CIS or the Trademark owner, as
applicable. CIS claims copyright protection on any and all text,

- Online Communication. CIS may
include features on this site which allow you to view communications
from third-parties, our employees, customers. Except with regard to
employees acting within the scope of their duties, CIS assumes no
responsibility for the content of such communications. Although CIS
may, from time to time, monitor or review the online discussions or
postings, CIS accepts no responsibility to do so, and accepts no
responsibility or liability arising from such content for any error,
defamation, danger or inaccuracy. You are prohibited from posting or
transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene,

the site lead to sites or pages that are not controlled by CIS. CIS

CIS takes no responsibility for such sites, and the link should not be
deemed to be an endorsement of such linked resources by CIS. Access to

- Governing Law. These terms,
together with the CIS Website Privacy Policy, and any other agreement
that may be entered into by you and CIS in connection with a specific
engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and CIS, and

modified or amended by you without the prior written consent of CIS.
CIS may modify or amend this agreement for all subsequent events at any
time. You should regularly review these terms for any modifications or
amendments as your continued use of the site shall constitute your
assent to any such modifications or amendments. If any clause or
provision of these terms, or the CIS Website Privacy Policy, is
determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the present or
future law, then, you agree that the clause or provision so determined
to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be severable without
affecting the enforceability of all remaining clauses or provisions.
These terms and the CIS Website Privacy Policy, as well as your use of
the site and any products or services provided by or through the site,
shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and the
State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
- Effective Date. This policy is
